ADUSEPS (Association of Defense of Users of Insurances and Health System Plans) has fought for more than 12 years against the impulsive, unpredictable and unethical way insurance companies and their health plans are managed. ADUSEPS serves the users of public health services, and the users of health plans and insurance companies through its legal department and the power of law, by bringing civilian and public lawsuits to court.

By these civilian and public actions, the association has been involved in countless legal processes in the name of its associates, with the objective to stop the illegal actions committed by the insurance companies as well as the state.
